Where's cook points experience ?

From many days I can't get cook experience points.
When I cook any recipes the chef's hat doesn't appears.
I tried both BS Olympic games and standard one.

This was changed awhile back now earlier this year i think. When you cook you can only get star experience no more recipe mastery points. You only get mastery points when you serve a finished dish.

So I can continue to get experience serving Olympic food (gymnastic cake, pool pie...) ?

yes you can still experience points for leveling up by cooking dishes. The chef's hat (recipe mastery points) you can only get when you collect your finished dish.

At the bottom of the recipe in your cookbook there is an experience bar. When you serve dishes it should increase across the bar and the levels should increase.
