I was playing my restaurant story a while ago and I had blocked the door to my restaurant so I could cook food. I finished making my choc fondue and when I served it all the food on my counters just disappeared..... So why did this happen?

It sounds like you had what's called a "quick sale". It happens sometimes when you block your door.
