Hey guys- just a random question but if i was to email teamlava would i need to include my id and bakery name?

They may also ask for:
Version of the game
Version of your phones operating system

I sent them an email with my id, bakery name and the game i was playing like 12 hours ago and not got nothing back :(

If you did not get an automatic email back with your ticket number, check you spam box to make sure that email did not get put there.
Also check and make sure you sent your email to support@teamlava.com

Oh i got an ticket number but i click on it and it says "log into teamlava"

This is just a reference. You can set an account keep track of your ticket.
You should be getting a response from a support agent in 3-5 business days.
