Furniture sparkling on its own??

Okay, so I haven't seen anyone else with this issue but my furniture (more specifically my bookcase) is always respawning sparkles by itself. No one visited and liked it, it just glitters on its own. I've also noticed that when the glitter appears, I lose 20 coins. When I tap the glittery bookcase, I get back the 20 coins I lost. It's a bit confusing, I'm sorry, but that's how I can best explain it.

Does anyone else have this problem? :( is there a way to fix it?? I'm glad that at least I get back my 20 coins but it'd be nice to have this issue fixed for good.

I have this problem as well. First it was in one spot then it went to two and now I have it in 3 spots! Ive decided to stop clearing the sparkles from those spots even tho its a waste of a good spot. Ive also noticed that sometimes I am able to tap peoples windows and other times Im not. Why I have no idea. But its quite annoying.
