Expansion

I do apologise for keep posting on the forum but I have a query.
I have 1,700,000 coins (i rounded up) and only 4 gems but I really want to expand my cafe.
I have seen expansions for 40 gems and 80 gems.

Basically what I am asking is this: Can you jump expansions? The next expansion is at 14x17 at 2miliion but I want my cafe HUGE so if i purchase 80 gems will I be able to get the 23x26 expansion? Or do you have to go through each expansion?.

in order to expand you will need to go thru the next expansion. You are not able to jump expansion sizes. Even if you tried to, a message will pop up telling you to buy the next expansion.
