Purchased items are now 'goals'

Hello, I noticed that some of the items I've purchased are now in the 'goal' and I can't place them in my bakery. I think it happened right after the last update. Can I get them back or do I have to purchase them again? I've uninstalled and reinstalled.

There's a thread that says to send an email to support@teamlava.com and they will unlock what you have purchased.
