Level 43 and no diamond but I know it can be done, because my son got one.. So keep trying  he is level 37 he kept breeding Atlantis and scorpion until he got it

55...I am at the point where I really doubt it is possible for every player. There do seem tone different "luck streams" for different players.

level 31 on one account and I just got the diamond last night
Have had on this account for awhile. Think I was a level 33 when I got it on this account.
