Nbr can't log in to game

Have anyone else had issues logging into the game over thee weekend? My nbr told me that she can't log in or anything she says she have uninstalled it and everything nothing. Also she have sent an email to TL however no response back as of this morning. She is giving me this information thru FS. Any help?
