Story crashing

I am having an issue with all of my story games. They crash every few minutes especially when I am trying to water/clean/tip my neighbours. This makes it really hard to keep my star rating up and very annoying when trying to redecorate or organize my city/farm/restaurant. Is there a way to fix the constant crashing? They never used to do this before. My ID: blinvy

Thanks. I installed the new OS yesterday which rebooted my iPod and it works fine now.
