what does it mean by build 2 avatars?

I have all goals but don't understand what it means by get 2 avatars from floor...does it mean build 2 from ur floor items? If so which ones? Thx for all hlps...and add me if you need friends I'm 4 starts.:)

You don't have to build anything, it means you get the 2 avatars of the Chef and Loretta in your floor decorations tab.
