Sparkle windows

I started to notice that my windows have sparkles as if someone liked them, when I collect it's starts "processing" and bam! My coins are taken away. Is this another glitch?

Turn off you device then back on

Hold down the top button right hand... Wait till it shows you a slide think says turn off and slide it...... Then to turn on ppress the top button
