I can't buy anything

So I'm still in the beginning and I find that I can't buy anything. I have enough coins for it but whenever I go to the market to buy anything, nothing gets clicked. I can scroll through the menus and everything but I can't make any purchases. What should I do?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game from the app store. Also, make sure your device has the most recent operating system and is up to date. Then restart your device.
