I went and bought a monkey because it said I get 42xp every 5 minutes. I spent 25 k and I don't get 42 xp only 5 coins. Why? Is it because I only get it when I buy the item? It says +42 xp just like +5 coins.

Yep, only when you purchase the animal, you get the XP, when you"collect" you get the coins.

Monkeys like bananas, Farm Story has Banana trees. Therefore we have Monkeys. :D

That was an easy one, we have alot more nonsensical animals ;-)

My monkey is really a wise, hairy old sage who lives in the woods and watches all the people.

He could teach the gnomes a lot if any of them ever came to ask him for wisdom.

But somehow, the gnomes never do.
