Mystery Food Selling while door BLOCKED

Reason why food is selling when door is BLOCKED.http://imgur.com/lFanB.png The door isn't blocked with a SOLID (something the guest can NOT actually use).
http://imgur.com/IdUvO.png Anything like a flower vase will stop the guest from coming in and have food sold.

When I had the problem of food selling out while my door was blocked, what worked for me was storing my chairs.
