How do I expand?

Currently at lvl 14, how do I expand my city, it is 4 factories wide and im completely out of room to build anymore. I remove a residence and they become unhappy, I remove a buisness they become unhappy what do I do?

Wanna make overall land plot bigger to build more things.

Assuming you have enough coins/City Cash, you expand by hitting Menu -> Enhance. Then scroll to the right until you see the expansions.

Meanwhile, to get people happy, removing a residence should help. Assuming you have more than one residence, more business always is better.

Make that "Build", not "Menu".
