Where do they go

I just bought some gems and it says they have been transferred to my account so where are they and how do i use them

I think you need a moderator or a staff member to help you. I play on Kindle Fire and after I confirm my purchase in the Amazon tab, they are just added to my gem total at the top of my screen.

If they haven't been added, try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling the game. If they still don't appear after that, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID, a copy of your receipt, and what happened.
