I just did both of those this morning. Try opening the goal - press visit on the goal page, then visit a community member, not a neighbor.

I noticed the same thing.. was visiting neighbors. When I visited non-neighbors (probably not a word but ya know what I mean) it gave me credit for the visits. Hope this works for you as well. :-)

Oops..missed the last response explaining the same thing... Haven't been sleeping much lately, hence the unneeded help and creative words! :-)
