Paid gems for goal and did not receive my pet!

Since the Olympic goal expired, I selected to pay gems for the goal. My gems were taken but I did not receive my pet. I got an empty playpen with no pet. Help!

Try restarting your device, or deleting and reinstalling the game. If it still doesn't appear, email support@teamlava.com Give them your ID and what happened.

I had same problem and reinstalling doesn't work so emailed tl. Bit upset as clicked finish to check how many gems it would cost but bam and lost 30 gems and got 2 empty pens.

I fix it by put it out The storage and store into storage again.

This only works temporarily though. Then you have an empty pen the next time you open the game again.
