Gifting Neighbors

Question: Some neighbors I can gift daily with no problem. But there are a couple that ALWAYS say their gifts have reached the max number for the day. They tell me that they are receiving gifts from others without a problem. So why can't I gift them too?

You can only accept 20 gifts per day. I would guess they have more then 20 neighbors (average that people say on here that they have is between 50-200 roughly), so they accept gifts early, then are maxed out for the day. The gift reset is at midnight Pacific time. Depending on where you live, you could try gifting as close to that time, and maybe you'll be able to gift everyone. Though some people can be maxed out within 30 minutes of the reset.
