I wish I could say that I specifically remember those TV broadcasts as they happened in 1969, but I cannot quite put my finger on the memory of seeing it on that old TV the first time.

well, I got sent to bed before he walked on the moon...I was sooooo mad a tramped on my sister!

I also remember watching the landing here at what was then my grandpa's house on COLOR (woohoo!) TV that afternoon.

and, of course, the cool LEM models I got at the Gulf station....
