Which dragons have you been UNABLE to get?

This is sort of taking off the thread about "posting your collection of rare/super rares", but instead, i'm curious which dragons you guys have been unable to breed.

I'm currently working on another spreadsheet, this time looking to see if there's any pattern or grouping of dragons that certain players can or can't get.

I have a new theory, that resembles the Pokemon gameboy games (red version vs blue version, etc) where there's two (or more) "versions" of the game, and each version has different statistics on how easy to get certain dragons are.

Sort of like, Version A lets you get mistmoths, atlantis and forestfire more frequently, and Version B you get Scorpion, Seabreeze and Parakeet...

Cause it just seems like some people are missing a certain "group" of dragons, while they have a group of dragons other people are missing.

To help in my filling this spreadsheet out, I was wondering if you guys could post a list of all the rare/super rare/ultra rare dragons that you do have, as well as your current level, and what platform you're playing on (android, ipod/ipad, kindle)

And to help you out, and make it easier for me when filling in the data, maybe you can copy and paste this list and next to each dragon that you have, put the number of them that you have (that you have bred in total, not just that you have currently, so if you've sold some, still count them in the totals)

I have been going through that thread I mentioned at the top, using peoples responses there to fill in this spreadsheet, but I'm almost done with the 8 pages and the more data I have the better :)

Also, If you have two games, and you've noticed that in one game you get some dragons and in the other you can't get those dragons (more than just the diamond, but like super rares in general), maybe post about that?

I do honestly think that certain dragons must be grouped together, and if this turns out to be true, it might help in figuring out what combo's to use for the diamond... like I wouldn't try the same combo someone who has the dragons I don't, uses.

Good luck. Not sure what you will find. I am unable to get a Fairy, yet on the same type of phone at a level 6, another member of my family received a fairy on the first try. I have so many fruitfuls that I am having to start to sell them. I also have yet to get an Island which is supposed to be the common one. It is al good fun so we'll see how many of what occurs.

I need more info than that, like all of the rares, not just your most recent ones. If you can copy and paste the list and put a number next to the ones you do have that would be super helpful :D but the figures don't work unless i have all of them for you, cause if i say you only have those 3, it'll skew the data since you obviously must have other rares, like a magic etc

This is an interesting theory! I have to admit similar thoughts have crossed my mind in my venture for the Scorpion Dragon. Which I have failed 50 times. I don't normally go after a certain type of dragon (except diamond on both games)... Most of mine were accidents except I did try to get the wizard dragon for my iPod since it was so easy to get on my iPhone and after multiple tries it was to no avail and I've given up! Thank you guys! Keep the data coming! I'll have some images posted a little later today so you guys can see the charts as well. There is definitely a pattern, especially with the super rares, though it's not as easy as pokemon blue/pokemon red lol. Seems like there's clusters of dragons that multiple people seem to have... you'll see when I post it.

For those that posted responses with just 'i have every dragon but this one and this one', while i totally appreciate your responding to the thread and your interest in this project, i can't use your data since i really need specifics in terms of how many of each dragon you actually have bred. Knowing someone has bred 10 eagles and 1 familiar says a lot more than if I simply fill it out as 1 in each dragon except the ones you listed, ya know?

But again, thank you for the awesome response!

And to clarify, I know that in the pokemon games it was that you could only get certain pokemon on a specific version and you had to trade with someone who had the other version to get all of them. Obviously that isn't the case here since it IS possible to get all of them, but it's more the frequency and clusters i'm looking at to maybe help people pick which dragon to try for if they know others in their 'version' have that dragon already.

The data at the beginning of the chart I took from the "post your collection of rares" thread, and I added to it (or updated it) what you guys posted for me here. If you don't see your data on here, it's probably because you didn't give me actual numbers and just told me "I don't have this dragon and that dragon" and that wouldn't be as helpful... so just repost your info with the actual number of the dragons that you bred, not just the number you currently have, I'll add it to the sheet :)

I don't have the time right now to analyze it properly, but I'll get to it, I promise. I'm curious though what you guys think! It definitely seems like certain dragons are clustered together...

Any updates on this? Think there is something to this. I have 6 seabreezes on one device and can't even breed one on another.

But fairy is still unobtainable for both my devices! :(

I have noticed that a fair few of my neighbours have coral dragon eggs,like me, at the moment Perhaps we are all after the aether dragon?
