They're among the 4 types of collectables (you can view which types you have in your main menu under the collectables tab). When you have at least one of each for the 4 categories you can redeem them for a reward.

These are collectible items that drop randomly in the game while you complete certain actions and which you can redeem for unique bonus awards.

There are five categories of collectible items:
* Floral Bouquet (four different types of flowers)
* Cooking Tools (a ladle, a flat turner, a rolling pin, and a measuring cup)
* Chef Implements (a chef's hat, an apron, an oven mitt, and a chef's jacket)
* Baking Goodness (a whisk, a pair of tongs, a baking sheet, and a carving knife)
* Yummy Ingredients (cream, eggs, salt shaker, butter)

Once you acquire four of each of these items per category, you will be able to redeem them for the following awards and prizes:

* Floral Bouquet (large jar with flowers - floor decoration)
* Cooking Tools (golden decorative cooking tools - wall decoration)
* Chef Implements (30,000 coins and 750 XP stars)
* Baking Goodness (a bread display table - floor decoration)
* Yummy Ingredients (20,000 coins and 1,000 XP stars)

All of these collectible items, except for the coins and stars, are not able to be purchased in the market. They can only be obtained once each collection is complete.

If you go to "Main" and then "Collectibles" within your game, you will be able to see how many you've collected so far and what the bonus awards are.
