How can you justify this?

When you cant afford something that's worth cash, you get a pop up Saying you don't have enough, and they take 10 gems off. I didn't see any 'click here to accept paying 10 gems' button. This is the reasoni lost interest in RS and moved to BS.

I think the pop up was misleading due to the fact there was no accept button. It's not clear enough. It just says an amount of money then 10 gems underneath

changing to BS doesnt change anything. All the TL games have that "feature".

They took 10 gems off? That's new! Try emailing support@teamlava.com and see if they give you a refund. I hope they do. I've never heard of this before, but now I'm scared!

I think may of what happened was she did not have enough coins, and then got the confirmation pop up to buy more coins with gems and then hit okay.

120,000.00 coins for 10 gems.

I think alot of new players have been caught on this (I am one when I first started) thinking the okay button is exiting out of the pop up.
I have passed on the suggestion to the community managers to maybe add an extra statement like" You do not have enough coins, would you like to purchase more with gems".

TL doesn't refund accidental purchases, so its unlikely they'll refund for this. I've seen a popup like that come up before.

I get popups in RS and BS all the time asking if I want to buy gems for coins even though I have millions of coins. TL just wants you to spend your gems.

In BS I can get 20000 coins for 10 gems, and 200000 coins for 100, so even here they have random values for different people.

I had alot of coins in my game so it took me to his 120,000.00 coin level. If I hit okay I would of gotten the full 120,000.00 coins for 100 gems. I also have an option in my game to get 120,000.00 coins for 10 gems.

Well, yes. That would be the decent thing for them to do, now wouldn't it?

I know they don't, which is why I never bothered emailing them. I find their support to be just a copy and pasted message usually
