I was just trying to buy a soulmate for my cranes when my game lagged epically. I tried to click the button again but nothing happened. It lagged for a few more seconds so I decided to close the game and force quit. However when I reopened it I realized that my gems had been spent and I had received my crane. Is there anyway for me to get them back?

Do you mean that you had not received it???

Anyway, if you e-mail TeamLava Support (support@TeamLava.com), they can tell what their records show and give you whatever it says you bought if you haven't got it in your game.

Also try restarting your game, and uninstalling then reinstalling it (progress is saved) first.

I had received it, but the point is I never used gems to speed it up. My game somehow crashed and gems were used. I didn't mis-click either because my game completely froze.

I hate to say but you encountered a gem trap and it happened at a verity strange time.
