Question about material request

Hello I am wondering if every 24 you can request for material ?
Here's what happened to me:
Yesterday1 am I requested parts from my neighbor and they accepted it right away so I was able to build the appliance in no time,
Then today 2am I requested materials again and it said it has been notified but non of my neigbors got my request!
I thought every 24 hrs it would work or do I have to wait? It's been 2 hours now and still no material sent to me....
This has happened before and I don't like waiting another 24 hours and it might not work next time...
Pls help.....

You can send requests at the beginning of TLs day (midnight Pacific time).

If you are sending more then 20 requests per day, it clogs up the system, and your neighbors may not be receiving them right away. Try skipping a few days, then only requesting from 20 people.
