Who said it could be anubis. You can't or shouldn't be able to get anubis with diamond crusader combo. If you got 40 hrs or 20 hrs with 40 gold to speed, its infinity.

Just got mine. Only one Crusader fail and several hundred Fires. It's funny because I kept breeding and hatching and I stopped for a sec to put chap stick on my lips and go back to send my fail Fire dragon to the nest when I notice it hadn't finished breeding yet. Clicked on the den and there it was: 2 days, 80 gold. :D

Words cannot describe how happy I am. I was trying for this one since it came out last year. Every combination I tried failed. I must have bred Fairy and Wizard over two hundred times and got an army of other dragons but no infinity. Love it that this combo finally worked.

To get Crusader I think we need a Diamond/Fire. Just got to keep trying, but its fast luckily.
Diamond comes many ways. My first was an Eagle /Atlantis. Second was snowman/mist. in my newer account (low level). funny I get better dragons more easily in the newer account.

lol That's a really bad idea... I would've used Diamond/Quetzal but Dawn Tree was released so Crusader/Diamond was the next best thing. I got Infinty after a lot of Fire fails.

Diamond-Crusader remains the fastest route to Infinity. Yes, it still works. I did one about a week ago and coached one of those diamond-temple victims through it a few days ago. She was actually delighted to get 3 extra Crusaders along with the Infinity because her icebox charm hadn't produced any bling before I suggested that combo. Unfortunately, she now thinks that the temple "finally worked" and won't believe me when I tell her Crusader and Infinity are no-brainers.

I wouldn't consider Diamond-Mercury a shorter path, since Water is so much more likely to drop than Mercury. However, IF ONLY I had a Mercury, I sure would try it. Diamond-Gold would be bearable. Diamond-Quetzal? Not until they put Dawntree out to pasture.

I just started using this combo today to try for Infinity and hit 44 hours after about 60 tries. But I have halved times so I will keep trying everyday and let you know! :)

Why shouldn't Crusader work? Any Diamond hybrid with another Diamond or hybrid will work because the elements to create Infinity are there... Crusader/Diamond is the best way because of the short fire fails. Quetzal would've been better but Dawn Tree came along, TL needs to get rid of it and bring Quetzal back.

I guess I will keep trying, but the 2 days wait is really costly with the pace they maintain in introducing new dragons...

I have bred diamond and diamond hundreds of times (my fav combo) and never ever got infinity or even a diamond. Got almost everything else, but never these.

That's true, but Crusader/Diamond will only give you 1 common and 2 ultra rares. Quetzal/Diamond is 1 common 1 super rare and 1 ultra rare so that means you will have a lot more chances of a 26 hour fail before you finally get Infinity.. That makes Crusader/Diamond the best combo but it is still possible to get it with Quetzal/Diamond... It's just up to the player if they can put up with the Dawn Tree fails.

I've tried Crusader + Diamond over 100 times and haven't gotten anything but Fire Dragons. But I'm going to keep trying! I really want an Infinity! And then I'm after the Dark Angel. Maybe I'll get an Anubis or Mercury fail in the process :)

The calculator didn't show infinity as a possible fail even when it was possible.. I think it should still be possible. But we won't know for sure unless someone reports it.

TL does not have a Dragon story breeding guide app, just the guide here in the forum. And, they don't have a calculator either. So whatever you read or see other places may not be 100% accurate.

Never tried crusader, but I got it as a fail trying for mermaid, using Mercury and Quetzal. Never did get Mermaid lol!

4 members of my family play DS and we all got the Infinity with Diamond and Crusader.

Breeding a Diamond + Crusader results in;
- Fire (10secs)
- Crusader (44hrs)
- Infinity (40hrs)

An Ultra Rare will be 1% percent chance. Once you get a 1 in 100 chance then you are flipping a coin between Crusader and Infinity.

I was lucky and got mine first go. Another family member got 3 Crusaders before getting the Infinity. Though those Crusaders are handy coin earners.

Droves me nuts though with the hour of tapping and getting fires though.

Just got Infinity with Diamond Quetzal, after 5 forests, 1 Dawntree, about 10 forests, then Infinity. I used Crusader before, many many fires fail, and yes, crusader fails really hurt... Dawntree fail seems just half as bad. Good luck :)
