In the cookbook it tells you how many coins you get total from that item. For instance Candy Apples are $3,200.

I just copy/pasted and posted the link. There is a thread. There is a thread (its a sticky) called Bakery Story Recipe Inventory and Chart. It was created and is maintained by another member, Sehana. I use the chart all the time, it's great, thanks Sehana.
