Moon Room Glitch

So I tried to buy the Moon Room several times, and the game would "load" again. It would just reverse the purchase. I exited the game, restarted my iPhone 4, and it did the same thing again. So I un-installed and re-installed the game, and now I don't even have the option to buy it any more. I have enough gems.
Any advise as to what I can do?

There is a display issue with the moon room. It has been temporarily removed.
