Hello! Gem sales are random. Some people claim to have never received a gem sale while others only ever get 20% off. I get mostly 30% off and have only gotten 40% off once. Hope this info helps.

Hhmmmm...I'm not sure,
but I notice it comes around when there's a big update or limited time items.
Timing defers on platforms too.

It's simple. Don't buy any gems for along time. Then you'll get a gem sale. I have never, ever purchased a single gem, and I get a sale every week, in all my games!

Lynn lol it was one time when I first started playing last December. I didn't know what the game was about and now I'd dress up like fez wearing bear on a unicycle for another 40% off sale!

I get the gem sale very often. This past month it feels like i've had one nearly each week. Tho i buy gem on a normal basis so maybe that's why idk. I do wonder why however TL has game in which i've never got a sale pop up.

I have played all year, level 96. Never received a single gem sale offer, ever. I play on an iPad.

And I don't think not buying gems helps get the sales. I did not buy any gems for a long time and still never received the offer. My friend buys gems and gets the sales. Frankly, it's ridiculous some people get the offers and some don't. But not much about the game is fair so whatever.

I've been playing since December 2011, never bought gems. I'm lvl 95, I've had two 20% gem sales, one right at the beginning, I think with a limited item and the other a few weeks ago. (I would spend like ten or twenty bucks every few months if we got a confirmation button though)
