How do you ask another neighbor to send you an item that you need?

You can post on their wall, or yours, with a post stating what gift you would like sent. You can also purchase the appliance you need and then tap the box and request the items from your neighbors that way as well. Just be advised that you can only receive 20 gifts and 20 requested parts per day. Don't send out 100 requests via the box as you'll clog up your request system, at most send out 25-30.
