Black Screen, cant turn on game

All day my city story metro is staying on a black screen, cant even get to the start up loading screen. Any help? I dont know how to delete and re-install without losing my data, so I havent tried that.

Forgot to mention, all my other TL Games are working fine

Try force-closing the app first and see if that resolves the issue.

Double tap the Home button so you can view a menu of your active apps.
Tap and hold City Story Metro until it wiggles and tap the minus sign to close the app.
Open the app again and see if you still have the same issue.


If you need to reinstall the app to fix the issue, then...

Tap and hold City Story Metro from the main screen.
After it wiggles, tap the X to delete the app.
Reinstall the game from the App Store.

Yeah, but that will delete all my data, then I wont be able to get my free gems on time (Im level 8ish ATM)
