Does anyone have or know of a list of all the levels that unlocks a new appliance slot? If there isn't one do yall think we could make one? If we all worked together I'm sure we could make a list. Please help :)

I think these are some of them. It's been a while since I've unlocked in RS (been level 96 for a while), but these are close to Bakery levels I think.

In restaurant, after I maxed on 19 appliances, I unlocked one more giving me 20. But again, I did that inky after maxing out.
In bakery, I haven't reached maximum appliances yet and would like to unlock additional appliances.
So the question is:
If you're not maxed on appliances yet and you unlock on for 24 gems, does it stay unlocked, giving me 20 appliances total when I'm maxed?

If you unlock an appliance even though your not maxed you, when you do become maxed you will still have that unlocked appliance.

Nope, 24 gems and you unlock one additional spot. I have 9 additional spots open in BS and doubt I'll ever open additional ones in RS.

Actually, with the goals, having 20 is VERY helpful since most of the goals are for round numbers so you get through them pretty fast.

If I unlock an appliance with 24 gems.
When I reach next level, and receive 1 more appliance, I do not lose the 24 gems ?
I mean I can still be having 1 extra appliance for that level ?

If i am at level 37 and can have 10 appliances. I unlock one more with gems (24).
so I now have 11 appliances.
when I reach level 41 and have right for 11 appliances, (but I already have them because of the unlocked one)
Can I build the extra appliance, so I can have 12 appliances at level 41 ??

That was exactly what I was asking, too. Apparently (according to kattybell) if you unlock an appliance, you'll always have one extra at every level.

What I mean is that once you unlock all the appliances, and you purchase an extra one you'll keep that extra one. You can purchase more if you choose to do so.

Yes you will. When you unlock an appliance spot it doesn't take away from when you'd next receive one by levelling up, it is just an extra spot that you'll always be able to keep.

My game says I have reached the maximum number of appliances, but then under that it says " there are no more applian" with the unlock for 24 gems button over it. I currently count 18 appliances on the floor. So I can unlock with gems twice and then I am maxed out "for real"?

I don't think there is a limit to the number of appliance slots you can unlock, but if there is its a pretty high number. One RS player has at least 161 appliance slots and almost that many in BS.

So u can pretty much fill 3/4 of your resto with appliances and counters and the other 1/4 with tables and chairs lol.. One of my neighbors actually did that and he has 53 appliances... Lucky him!

You can store any of your other appliances (make sure you're not cooking with it). You get a maximum of 18 appliance slots for free, but you have to pay gems for any additional ones.

How many appliances are you able to put on your floor right now? The last slot opens at level 73 and gives you 18 spots. If you want more, you'd have to unlock them by using gems.

Do you use an iOS device or an Android device to play the game? If you're on an Android device you won't see your parts under "my gifts", but as long as you accept them you'll have them when you want to build a constructable.

TL is really screwed up. The Gift decline bug is still yet to be fixed, Gem Trap is not fixed regardless how player yelled at them, and yet they increased the cost for appliances.

It's pretty crazy that they doubled the price pretty much. I think it's pretty drastic, especially considering that a lot of more important things have yet to be changed.

This is very unfair, especially to newer players. It takes a long time to earn those gems, especially Andoid players who can't earn gems from goals.

Please allow us to earn more gems if prices are going to be so inflated. TL could at least increase gems for mastering food items! At this rate, I'll never be able to afford some of the cool stuff that the older restaurants have. By older, i mean those who have higher levels and were playing when prices were reasonable.

butterpanda, this isn't a big deal to reduce such costs, so you shouldn't talk to developers, more likely to sales manager. if TL monitors game and user stats, I'm sure that this move doesn't bring you more money. if you want to lose more money and users keep on going with rising prices

I earned another 49 gems very fast with cooking mastery and bubblemania goals. I definitely will not pay more than 24 per slot. I hate stock piling this many gems. Maybe ill lose all of them by tapping on a trap. So be it.

If anyone uses gems to buy appliances, Team Lava will continue to create materials that will cost gems. A good idea is to never use your gems for that. Team Lava has done a great idea on offering other cool stuff without having to open any of the boxes that costs 24 gems. Another good idea is to stop opening boxes that cost 24 gems. It's a gamble but I call it a trap. If they switch the way they do things now with these boxes, I'm sure us costumers will buy more gems if we get to choose freely the objects available inside those boxes. Imagine how easy it would be for us to get what we want based on the cash we spend? I think it's a win WIN for both Team Lava and us Costumers :) We have to speak up though...

And please don't open anymore boxes. It sure doesn't help this cause...

I hope someone can enlighten me here. I'm confused since I can't buy anymore stoves, it keeps saying I have reached the maximum number of appliance.

I'm currently at level 23... the stove section was unlocked when I was at level 16, I think, and by accident I stored my oven then so I was using only 4 stoves and grill (my oven was trapped inside). It says it would be unlocked at level 19. I worked for LONGGGG hours, I have to alarm my clock just to cook (you know the feeling) so I could reach 19. At level 19, I was expecting to get my old oven AND a new stove but sadly I was only able to get my oven and it was locked again, saying it will be unlocked at level 23. I am now at level 23 but it is STILL LOCKED and it would unlock at level 28. HOW COME? It says I reached the maximum level of appliance. Is there a maximum level of Stoves or grills or oven? I currently have 4 stoves, 1 grill and 1 oven... I doubt if this is the max. I've seen others with morethan 6 stoves, grills and oven.

I feel discouraged working/playing to reach level 28 just to find out the stoves are STILL unlocked. I'm tempted to buy gems but if this will go on, unlocking just to buy gems... it would be disappointing.

I was gutted I accidentally touched unlock oven for 49 gems & lost the lot .I think it is an unfair scam .If you want to buy gems you tap on gems then you tap buy .I think these traps are unfair & there should be another button asking you to reconfirm you want to spend your gems.

I read/heard somewhere that once I build an appliance and sell it out later on, the slot is taken and can't be use again, is that true?

You can store your appliances if you want, then the slot will open to replace the stored one.
I always store mine and set a new one out to use.

You never lose your appliance slots.
But, DON'T sell any of your appliances. Store them instead through the Design menu. You never know when you may need them later.

As you level up you gain more appliance slots, and you can also purchase additional ones for gems. Again, you will never lose them.

Yes, if you buy a slot you'll always have that extra slot. The most free spots you can have is 18, but if you purchase another slot with gems to have 19 slots, you'll always have those 19 slots.

Yes, you still will. Those are the frees 18 appliance, you can buy extra at whatever level you're but you will still get those 18 free appliance by when your level 73.

This message appears when I have all the appliances possibles for my level.

My question is this:
If I'm spending 49 gems on another appliance when I get to next level i can have another one as normally? o I will have the maximum number for that level because i acquired other appliance before?
Here's an example:

I'm at level 23 so I have maximum 7 appliances.
At level 28 I will can have 8 appliances.

If I spend 49 gems in level 23 for have 8 appliances, when i get to level 28 that I'll have 8 appliances then I have one more? 9 Appliances? or I will have to spend 49 gems to have 9 appliances?

Do you understand me? English isnt my first language, its so hard to explain for me. I want know if the appliance that you buy if it forever remains of more.

You'll have 9 appliances.

If you spend 49 gems for an appliance slot you will always have 1 more than the normal maximum.

Tidbit. If u put an appliance in storage. For instance u have a nacho maker. Don't like it, put it in storage and u then can buy a different appliance. U can still only have so many appliances per level ect, but I found this to be very useful when I was unhappy with a certain appliance that say only made one food item. Just my 2 cents. :)

MY GAME STILL IS SHOWING that I can add another for another 49 Gems. After that, I am not sure but have heard rumors that you can buy more @ 49 Gems each, up to total of 99 appliance SLOTS.

You can get as many slots as you want as long as you pay 49 gems for EACH single slot after the initial 18. The cost for each new slot used to be less than half of that but TL jacked it up a while back. Again, it's 49 gems for one slot only but you can keep purchasing more for the same price if you wish.

Hi all! I am on level 99 and can't seem to keep food stocked up. I have had to resort to closing my door overnight so that I don't run out. I think it's because of making all the low yield, but long cooking time goal items.

I am wondering .. if I pay the 47 or 49 gems does that unlock just one appliance slot or multiple? It's not worth it for 1, but I would consider spending them if it's more.

If you need to buy a new appliance for a goal or whatever, you can put any or all of the ones you have into storage. Putting one into storage opens up that slot for a different appliance. I swap mine out all the time.

By leveling up to Level 73, you can unlock 18 total appliances free (no gems). If you want more appliances than alloted for your level, you have the choice to buy more with gems.

You can store appliances and buy different appliances, up to your appliance limit. I have hundreds of appliances in storage.

I think the 18 appliances are enough for me. Once you get to the higher levels you accumulate food quickly and don't need a lot of appliances on your floor.

You should not have to pay gems to unlock any appliances. Just put one or all of your appliances in storage and then you can buy with coins as many as appliances as you have allotted slots for.
I switch mine out all the time, especially when goals come up.
Tap the design button, tap your empty stove and then tap store. Now that slot us open for a different stove or oven appliance.

If you have mastered all the recipes on all the appliances, why would you want to open another slot? You won't receive any more recipes by doing it. You will only have the ability to purchase another of the same appliances you already own.

It really isn't necessary to buy more slots for appliances unless you have gems to burn. Remember you can always store what you have to buy new appliances and then work on those recipes.
This is why I like parts as gifts so I have plenty of parts for ovens/stoves without having to request very often.

Just to be clear, when you hit Level 73 you unlock the last free appliance slot. You should have received 18 free appliance slots. If you use gems to unlock an appliance slots at lower levels then, when you hit Level 73 you will have more than 18 slots unlocked. You will have the 18 you received free plus any other slots you unlocked for 49 gems a piece.

Extra oven slots can help to build up stockpiles of food in a shorter period of time as well as to master recipes faster. I have a few extra oven slots and still have never managed to have an over abundance of food in restaurant, however. The trend has also been to release new appliances that require construction, which means requesting parts from neighbours. I have not been filling all my appliance slots with these new machines as it takes too long to build out all my slots. Instead I build a dozen or so new machines and then continue cooking peking duck or stuffed mushroom or whatever other high profit food there is so I don't run out of food on my counters and can continue to make a decent amount of coins per day to go towards expansion.

So, extra slots can be useful, but are not essential to playing successfully. I should also say that I bought those extra slots before the cost went up. Not sure I would use 49 gems to unlock extra slots now.

I've mastered all the recipes on the standard equip so I'm working on all the others.Currently I'm working on 6 or 7 different appliances w multiples of ea 1. When we get the wkly update I free up a few slots, ck whatever recipe we get while still cking the others. It keeps me from getting bored.

I'm lvl 99 and at 1 time I had 84 counters ea w a different type of food. I'm now down 2 around 50 counters w multiple counters having the same food. I also have 33 active appliances. These come in handy when doing challenges since I love 2 have at least 6 or 7 of ea type of ovens/stoves operating at the time. I wouldn't recommend investing in extra slots, and 49 gems per slot is quite an investment, until u reach lvl 99. The last free appliance slot is at lvl 73.

Yes, the gem slots are extras and will not interfere with your regularly scheduled upgrades. I know that I opened lots of extra slots back when they were only 25 gems and it never stopped the pre programmed ones from opening as I played through the levels. That's what makes them extra and worth the gems. I feel pretty safe in saying that when you reach level 41 another appliance slot will unlock regardless of how many you currently have open at the time.
