Newbie Question

Hi. I'm new to this game... and hope someone can help me.

I have a goal that says "Place an Ice Cream Machine". I bought the ice cream machine but I'm still waiting for parts to build it. My goals say 0/1. Will this change once it is completed or should it already say 1/1?

It will change when you complete Ice cream machine. The other goals are the same. You only have a count after finishing what the goal request.
