Tile Bug?

There are places in my restaurant that I can not change the tile. Does anybody have similar issue?

Found the problem with replacing tiles in my restaurant. Have to move the plants and vase off the tile that I wanted to replace. I've also have to move the lamp so it won't shadow the tile I want to replace. After all the moves, I was able to replace tile. Hope this helps anybody that have similar issues replacing tiles.
