This was an ongoing issue for me in Restaurant Story and Bakery Story (this one especially!) but since the World Games version came out I haven't dealt with this.
Today old goals I have completed, as well as a list of expired goals (such as ones to download a certain game and reach a certain level) have popped up on 3 separate accounts today. I haven't been able to take a screen shot yet but if it happens again I will.
