Selling rooms that were locked by goals?

What happens when you sell the rooms that were locked by goals? Will they disappear from the catalogue or will they reappear? I want to sell my landing strip to make more room but I'm afraid I won't be able to getting back.

I did sell the robot room and it is still available at the rooms list and i can place it back again. So I think it would be the same for the strip room.

You do not need to sell it. Just store it until later we have a storage shed

You can only store Fun Rooms. You can always sell the goals rooms but then you have build them again.
