When Will Android users be able to get the make up counters?

I have been playing fs for about a year now and my friens told me about the makeup counter like 6 months ago, so ive been waiting and i still havent got the chance to buy one. Will i ever be able to get one?

Androids haven't had a major release since late Dec 2011 or a patch release since late Feb/early Mar 2012. Normally it takes 3-6 mo for features released to iOS to get ported to Android games. After 8 mos, and recent monthly releases of new games, it doesn't appear that updating old games is a priority to TL, when they can make tons of money off new games.
