wall panel cannot be set?

dear team lava,
My restaurant city with Storm8 ID: Changz encounter problem. I always try to give a new panel to my wall, but it for several places especially the extension wall (wall that comes after the place has been enlarge) cannot be done, like refusing to put the new wall panel into the wall. Hope to fix this soon! thanks!
