If you were getting a baby for the Woolly Sunbather goal, then it's possible you used Gems to skip the task that asked you to "Add a Baby to the Sun Room." Using Gems to skip the task does not mean you used the Gems to receive a baby.

If you send an email to support, they can pull up your account and let you know more details.
