To passing goal, why we must spend gems?! :confused:

I wish TL had set them up that way, but they did. The Fashion goals also require gems to purchase, or skip, the goal, so in the end gems get spent regardless. Thankfully so far in the RS goals gems haven't been required, but I still have a few steps to go in 2 of them.
