Nether Portal

I am on lvl 45 and the nether portal is locked on my game,says I have to get to lvl 1000. I read somewhere that to get it I have to hatch an athletic dragon. I have one, but got it before the portal was added to decorations..how do you get the portal??
i would be grateful for any info. Thanks

you have to finish goal that do something like evolve 6 dragons ,i can't remember exactly hope this help :)
