What is the best food to gift

Which food is best to gift? I know cappuccinos is the best profit in BS, and not to gift brownies...lol. So what is the preferred food gift?

Stew.
But many neighbours prefer parts, just so you know. Some will actually delete you if you give them food of any kind.

Thanks that I know!! LoL I am level 94 in BS... Have a great bunch of neighbors there, and two lists typed up, food or parts! Just trying out RS, did the download for gold for dragon story! Don't know that I can handle another TL game but we shall see!

I only gift the largest portion of food, or send useful parts.

I gift Stew to Players below level 30, parts to those above.

I still like Stew as a gift, even though I'm Level 97.
