Hi kooky,
This is also happening to me.
Have attached 3 screenshots.
1) I go into profile and click 'accept' on my first gift.
2) the accept on all other gifts is then 'greyed out' and it states all gifts are in my catalogue.
3) If I go to my catalogue, no gifts are seen.
Only way I can get rid of the message is by gifting the other person back and it disappears.
