Your Storm 8 ID is tied to your device, the only way to get another, or to change your current one, is to transfer your games to another device and then create a new one on the device you have. Some people have been able to get TL to change their Storm 8 ID when they have been harrassed, so you can try to email support@teamlava.com and ask them for a change in Storm 8 ID and the reasons why you want it changed, and see if they'll do it for you.
