Question re Goals: basic supplies ? Fun AC?

In one of my goals, I have to pay 250,000 for basic supplies and another asks for mega bucks to get Fun AC. What am I getting? If this has been answered somewhere forgive me...but I could find anything posted on these goals.

I think you get nothing, just whatever the reward is for that goal. Also, mine was 300,000 for the "basic supplies."
