New Dragon?

I bred a Magic dragon with a Fairy dragon and got a breeding time of 10 hours is it a new dragon or a time glitch? A genie's time is 8 hours and trickster is 18. A poison dragon's time is 21 and a Familiar is 18. So there is a two hour time difference, can it still be a glitch? :confused:
