Fashion Story level 8 but no bronze cupcakes in Bakery Story

I'm level 8 at Fashion Story which should award me bronze cupcakes in my bakery. But the goal progress bar shows 0% and I didn't get anything. Why is this and how can it be fixed?

Have uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Running iOS.

That doesnt make any sense.
Firstly, there arent any bronze cupcakes, unless you mean bronze cookies which are available in BS: world games -> the world oven.
Secondly, you dont have to do anything to unlock the cookies. In fact, there is no lock on this recipe.

I'm not sure which Goal you're referring to. If it's the Bronze Cookies, then shakiba is correct.

In order to cook Bronze Cookies, you'll need to buy a World Games Oven and complete it using parts.

Make sure you have downloaded the fashion world games to your device.
Go and open the fashion world game.
then come back and restart your device to see if this goal completes.

What happened was all the progress I gained in FS didn't stick to the server (same issue as all the comments here, coins and xp not being made, no mastery levels actually achieved, etc.). So I didn't advance any levels. I'll have to play all over again to unlock it.

oh I see. If you are also having issues with your posts on the forum, you may be having somekind of connection issues.
Check your wifi to make sure you have a strong interent connection. If you play on a phone, also try playing on 3G.
