Not able to place items [Archive]

I play on an iPhone version 1.5.3 and I have completed the goals and show the fountains and swimmers in my invatory but I can not place them. Anyone have any suggestions

Some of the items are large. Try clearing more space before placing them.

Do you have enough space for them? Poseidon Fountain requires a 3x3 tile area and Sync Swimming requires a 4x4 tile area.
