Lost 61 gems suddenly ! 😱😡

My storm8 ID is mswingchen. I suddenly lost 61 gems few minutes ago ! I didn't log out and keep my restaurant open. It just diappeared in sudden. I did not use my gems to purchase anything. I do very hard to accumulate my gems and I use real money to purchase them as well. Please give them back to me otherwise I do lost my confidence with the games. I sent an email to support@teamlava.com already. Please come back to me ASAP , thank you.
