Game added a neighbor to "increase social rating

Anyone have this problem. When I opened DS a pop up screen came up saying something like "to increase my social rating Stormie's Park is being added to my neighbors." And there was no choice to accept or not just an OK button. When I go into my neighbors there they are. I clicked on visit and it's someone. When I click Edit and try and delete them, the processing pop up window comes up and then does nothing and goes back to the editing screen with Stormie's Park still there.

Same here and you can not post on there wall. And when you visit they stay on the top of the list so you do not know if you did they never drop to the bottom. And they was added to everyone of my TL games

The good thing about the new guy is, they respond to your requests like any other neighbor! So for those people that don't have many to start with this is great!
